Turnkey Locksmiths *******

Turnkeys Locksmith Diep River :Our sons car was towed into Turnkey as it was not starting. They had the car for well over a week, every time we called and spoke to David he was incredibly rude and was not able to give us any answers. When we finally phoned again we were told the car was ready, David was not keen to tell us the actual problem , made a lot of noise about the sound system fitters being the problem, My husband asked him to please give us a report so we could follow it up with the fitters. When we collected the car there was no detail or report just a total that needed to be paid. Despite numerous calls back and forth he was not prepared to spend 5 minutes explaining what had bee done. So best we can make out we were charged R3500 for a R900 part (ex agent) and I am presuming the balance R2600 was to receive calls and be rude and some labour thrown in. It turns out they did not do the work they use a sub contractor but at no point were they either honest or even polite. I am not sure if this is new management but I am appalled at how rude they ALL are. Not to mention dishonest.
