Terrible

My mom ordered dancing boots 3 months ago, they were terrible quality, the company refused to give a refund, promised to fix them, didn’t, still refused to give a refund, are now dodging calls, frankly I’m appalled. Shocking service!! Don’t know how they retain customers.
