Dont order from turning point dance shop

Gave this online ballet store a chance by ordering from them and it was a total disaster. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere. I chose the free delivery option, they then called a week later to tell me there isnt a free delivery option and I explained on their online site there is. The lady said she would get back to me. She never did. Until I called 3 weeks later, they still hadn't sorted anything out. Basically they were happy to keep my money and hope I forgot about my order. Its called *****ing...
