Turning Point Properties refusing to pay back deposit.

I am a landlord and Turning Point Properties is the agency I used to lease my property. The agent allow occupancy of the property without a contract being signed the tenant. I as the landlord had to get the contract signed. Once he received his commission, he was not interested and ignored my calls to him. Both the tenant and myself had agreed that once the lease with Turning Point Properties was over the tenant would sign a contract directly with myself. I notified the agency that they would no longer be in charge of the property and the deposit held by them will need to be transferred to me. The agency fully agreed and notified me they will transfer the deposit to me within 7 days. That was August 2022 and till now they have not done so despite many communications. My concern is the tenants contract will end in February 2022 and I do not have a deposit to refund or carry out repairs if needed. My advice is to stay away from doing any business with this agency as any moneys payed to them may not be paid back. Do not become a victim.
