Extremely disappointed in bad service

I am extremely saddened that my hard earned money was wasted on this company that I trusted. They came forthcoming has trustworthy only to be left with a mess that I paid upfront for in full, and this did not come cheap....I know paying upfront was stupid but I did this in good faith as I would like to believe there are still genuine local entrepreneurs out there. Material that I had paid for is missing and a job not completed as promised. The result after pointing out issues : I had to pay another company to fix it. I would never recommend this smooth talking company.
