Paying gap cover for nothing to be paid for

Having this gap cover is a complete waste of time, they claim to cover for hospital visits and "fill in the gaps", take our money out monthly but when it is time for them to do their job and pay for claims it gets rejected. I claimed for a d and c procedure which was done in hospital, I read the terms and conditions and none was said that they do not pay for it in hospital now when I claim it gets rejected saying the medical aid should pay how the hell are they going to pay if they only paid a portion because of their rates and that is the reason we take up gap cover to fill in the costs that are not paid full Turnberry is complete **** they just ****s.
