Turnberry Gap cover sharks

For the first time since I've had this Gap Cover for years I've wanted to submit a claim for 2 emergency procedures and got declined. Passing the buck once more with ridiculous product offerings, anyone else out there sick and tired of paying premiums with too much fine print!!!!!! and stuff all help!
