Turnberry Gap cover claims Rejection, It Turnberry Reject cover

As per Turnberry policymakers below, on wisdom teeth, but dont want to complying and pay the gap cover as promised, most insurance want money to come in and dont like to pay relevant claims out.

RE : *** - CLAIM REJECTED Reference is made to your recent claim presented to Turnberry for assessment in respect of the account ? Please note that in terms of the Policy Terms and Conditions dental procedures are unfortunately not covered, unless it is due to impacted wisdom teeth and/or reconstructive surgery as a result of an accident, which occured after the Policy commencement date. A copy of your Policy Schedule will be emailed to you for easy reference. Kindly refer to the exceptions of the Policy Terms and Conditions. Regrettably we are unable to honour this claim as the benefits are contractually not covered.
