Pure Incompetence

Absolutely frustrated with Turnberry - they have been happily deducting premiums from my husband despite us putting in a cancellation in December 2018 so he could move to my policy! And this week, after getting confirmation that it would not happen again we just had ANOTHER instalment deducted! But ironically when you put in a valid claim they keep you hanging for 4 months for payment because of a 'technicality' - pure incompetence!
