Turnberry Hotel Stay Away

Turnberry Hotel Oudtshoorn Turnberry Boutique Hotel This is my experience with them. I booked into the most expensive room at R3260 per night.

After 25 minutes I called the receptionist to complain about the room. The receptionist tried to fix the bath but could not.

The bath was broken and the room was dirty. I checked out immediately because I was not satisfied with this.

I had to move over to The Protea hotel direct after this experience.

I tried contacting the owner; he was very arrogant and refused to refund the transaction.
