Widen Your Loss not your Wolrd

With Covid one can understand that 2020/21 was bad for travel out of SA. I booked via TravelStart in 2019 to fly August 2020 and end 2021 received a mail from TravelStart that I will receive vouchers from Turkish airline shortly... that never happened and I know see a mail from that TravelStart forward to me where Turkish Airline pretty much says tough luck - not sorry we could not fly, just touch luck... wonderful!
