Why NOT to choose Turkish Airlines; Misrepresentation and extreme dissapoinment

I booked a ticket with Turkish Airlines knowing that changes or cancellations were allowed for a penalty fee — it was clearly stated in my confirmation. When I needed to change my flight, their system wouldn’t let me do it online.

I reached out for help, but the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to assist with the change and denied a refund, offering no valid explanation and zero support.

This deliberate misrepresentation should not be tolerated or left unknown. The policies they advertise aren’t upheld, and you're left stuck with no options.

Turkish Airlines may seem affordable upfront, but it will cost you far more in stress, time, and money — even if you have insurance. It’s not worth it.
