Urgent: Help me get my flight back.

Good day. I am scheduled to fly on the 22nd of November. (For safety reasons I will not be stating my destination) On 15 November I moved my flight ticket over the call centre, I paid for the ticket and I was told that it is confirmed and ready to go.

The ticket was suddenly removed and at the moment I have NO flight. Not only did they take my money, they also took my ticket.

I have been in contact with them for the last 4 days, phoned them 20+ times and posted feedback numerous times.

I have received absolutely NO help and I am still without a ticket. Their best advice is that I buy a whole new ticket, which I just simply don’t have the money for.

I am a student and this ticket was a gift.

Please help me since I don’t have the facilities to take this on.
