Turkish Airways business class maintenance issues

Had versions experienced flying business class that the seats do not work. I sent through the official Turkish Airways my complaint. Got number TK-***. Was promised feedback in 7 days. Now we’ll past that and no reply. I have friends who also flying TU South Africa to Istanbul business class and have experienced same problem. Think problem with maintenance.
