TURKISH AIRLINESWAYS - DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE and RESERVATION SERVICE

i have been trying to contact TURKISH AIRLINES , to arrange for my december 2018 holidays. i have tried the online booking system, but had some questions to ask, so decided to call them. i have tried all the numbers on the website , and checked with TELKOM directory services whether the phone numbers worked , as i was ringing and ringing and NO ONE ANSWERED!!! ?i eventually got though and was told that they DO NOT DEAL FACE TO FACE WITH THE PUBLIC. the receptionist told me to call them??? when i asked him what numbers i should call, HE HAD TO LOOK THEM UP ???? , and again the numbers rang and rang , then i message telling me that the offices were called , and should call during office hours 9-1600 hours. IT WAS 230 PM????!! how these businesses stay in business , is beyond belief!!! may be i should go back to flying SAA!!!!!
