Turkish Airlines - You're just a number not a passenger.

Be careful when purchasing a ticket and seats from Turkish Airlines. Paid seats are not, always, honored and to get a refund from them is nearly impossible. On top of our disastrous flight where seats were not honored we had a nearly 7 hour delay which they are trying to ignore. Passengers have rights and Turkish Airlines chooses to abuse those rights of the passengers. Nearly 2 weeks my complaint/claim was sent to them and they have not responded. They claim to be the best airlines in Europe but they are far from it.
