TURKISH AIRLINES -WORST IN THE INDUSTRY

GOOD MORNING

very disappointed and UNHAPPY , Turkish airlines flight TK41 27 april from Johannesburg to Istanbul. flight ref U4QYBC 2 adults 2 children

Because of having to leave Johannesburg and land in durban FOR 2 HOURS to refuel (Turkish airlines knew there was no fuel a week before in johannesburg ,many other airlines cancelled flights or re routed their passengers !!), we missed our connection to tel aviv . unacceptable.

we landed and were then asked to wait till lunchtime to fly to Antalya ? given another flight next day from antalya to tel aviv at 8am. we lost nearly 2 days of our holiday / LOST A wedding of family IN ISRAEL .....no information - no representatives that spoke english??? this iis 2022 - what a mess.

no food - no vouchers - we have 2 children .

unacceptable to us - we want some compensation.

Really poor service from Turkish airlines - it is a really hard company to work with

then on our return flight on 7 may we were kicked of the system showing that our tickets had been used ? we had to get to the airport in tel aviv 7 hours early to fight with your ticketing desk to get the seats we paid for ? look on your system - what a circus !!!!!!!!

I Have used Turkish airlines before and it was really good .. . this time it was terrible experience .

what kind of airline is this ? POOR SERVICE
