Turkish airlines worst airline customer care and ethics

Please becareful when your use the online services of this airlines.when an error or if you have a glitch on their system you will be asked to pay almost the full price of the ticket just to do the cancelation. This company will get back to after 7 or more working days.This company have workers who barely understand English let alone them being able to assist you.They will tell you it's out of their hands and they are not authorized to assist ,you will need the back office to help.I even wonder if they have dupervisors who can escalate a query.please don't fall prey to this company saying that they are the best airline in the world.Also becareful of the smiles and miles rewards.Its a nightmare trying to claim this from turkish airlines.
