Turkish Airlines Refund Shock

Booked my ticket in February. Asked for a refund in March. Booked 8 tickets though them. Refunded 2 only. Now other 6 not refunded yet due to currency issues. It is August now. Ridiculous that they just can help you. I love abroad so need to male international calls to them. I have phoned probably R2500 of airtime just trying to clear this up. After countless emails and reference numbers i am left with one. I had to visit the office here in this country and was sent back after 2 hours again saying sorry. Go on website and fill in forms again let's us know what they say. Shocking service. Will work to get this refund. But flying with them I won't do. Easy to take money. Giving it back? Longest process of my life. Not good guys. I would be ashamed.
