Turkish Airlines Not replacing Damaged Baggage

On 30 May we flew from Venice via Istanbul to Johannesburg. On return at Or Thambo, we found all our luggage damaged. One suitcase's handle was completely broken off. We immediately reported it, which took more than 2 hours. We were told that the damaged baggage would be collected from our address and would be replaced with new ones, within 2 weeks. FIVE MONTHS later we are still waiting. They do not answer/ return our calls. It seems the file reference number is also incorrect as when we try to log into the website, it says information incorrect.
