Turkish airlines losing luggage

<p>My boyfriends luggage never arrived in Amsterdam as it should have. A complaint was filed at the airport and 8 days later we have yet to receive the luggage or any indication of where the luggage is. They have not kept us updated. There seems to be little or any search being commenced and I myself had to call the airports for them to search which led to no avail. He has not been compensated or given money for him to go buy clothing. He has relocated to work in Amsterdam and not having his suitcase has been unprofessional, time consuming and very costly! I find it difficult to believe there is no compensation/urgency of matter. We are clients and should be treated with respect, when we are flying internationally our baggage is as if importance as our safety and should be treated with utmost importance!!</p>
