Turkish Airlines Is Worst Airline

I recently had the unfortunate displeasure of flying with Turkish Airlines. Whatever you do, stay the hell away from Turkish Airlines. Horrible, horrific and **********. Service sucks, my 9hour layover in Instanbul had gone from bad to worse. Maybe the staff will one day learn basic English and common courtesy and common sense. I almost punched an employee after he disrespected an elderly patron. Oh my luggage was broken into, and i suffered huge financial loss but the airline refuses to take responsibility. Oh btw my business class tickets for which i had paid for and confirmed by email had suddenly changed to economy when i got to OR Tambo Intl. I was refunded only last week for the difference. Useless sacks of **** i call Turkish Airlines
