Turkish Airlines *****ed up & must make things right!

Turkish Airlines’ service is absolutely shocking and it’s ruining our long-awaited family holiday.

We flew into Greece for a holiday in Samos on Wednesday 3 July. My daughter took the CapeTown-Instanbul (Tk 0045) flight with connecting flight to Athens (Tk1845) and from there flew on SkyExpress to Samos, with her two toddlers.

The airline assured her their baggage would be booked through to Samos. They even circled the information on her boarding pass. But the baggage never arrived!

Two days later all their suitcases are still in Athens and no-one is willing to assist. The airline is not answering its phones: our hotel concierge, me, my daughter, our travel agent and family members living in Greece are all trying to reach the airline to no avail. Our travel agent was in touch with an airline agent yesterday who is on long leave from today without warning!! We are now struggling to find another agent!!

No-one is even attempting to assist us, all the while with the suitcases stuck at Athens.

No apologies. No answers. No communications. Nothing.

We are only in Samos for 5 days so the time is ticking away.

We are beyond frustrated and are now considering legal action.

To make matters worse, on the flight the air hosts and hostesses were unfriendly and unhelpful.

We will never again use Turkish Airlines and will warn everyone never ever to fly this useless airline. Be warned!!!

@TurkishAirlines, contact us IMMEDIATELY to avoid major repercussions. We are extremely unhappy!!!
