Turkish Airlines are ********

2 months later i still have not received my refund as promised by them in writting. Today i was told that i will not be getting my refund from them and i should take it up with their sister company. I dont even understand why i should take it up with Anadolujet as i booked my flight on their website(turkish airlines)and i got onto a flight that said turkish airlines. dealing with them is making me loose my mind because they have been sending me from pillar to post and then now tell me they wont refund me.
