Turkish Airlines- *******

I canceled my flight, and I need my refund. It has been 3 weeks now. I speak to bots, different people, the call centre, social media, and I am given conflicting information. Now I am told to contact the offices in South Africa where I live. The phone numbers and e-mails do not work! The latest feedback tells me to contact the Romanian office where I "live". This is outright theft!
