Terrible customer treatment

I will never fly with them again. Delayed flight of 32 hours without compensation. The hotel they offer is dirty, food even worse. The support staff cannot communicate properly and don't understand that just moving a person to another flight 28 hours later and then a further delay of 4 hours are a problem. Trying to recover so called compensation is a joke as they cannot understand the terrible treatment. Never ever Turkish again
