So rude.

Interesting you don't post any customer comments here. My sister flew from Cape Town on 31st December and eventually got home to London on the 3rd January. Weather happens but the way in which she was treated was deplorable. The airline officials were rude and pretended they could not understand her. She stood in queues for hours with her son who had a broken foot and was in plaster. Her bags have still not arrived and she's been on the phone for hours only to be cut off and have the phone put down on her. She's been told she needs to deal with it and will get her bags when she gets them but that they currently have no record of any of the 3 suitcases.
