Shocking online check in experience.

When trying to check in online on our (wife and I) trip from Durban to Istanbul, I found that they had booked us (both under the same reservation number VEM7LQ) in separated seats. When trying to amend this we were asked to pay R730, which is not a trivial amount. This is very poor customer service and obviously a money-making scheme, which should be condemned!
