Second review Turkish Airlines

I posted on here on the 8th of July 2024 about Turkish Airlines and my Baggage and received a response saying everything has been submitted for the financial department and promised a prompt response with feedback. This matter has been ongoing for 7 months now, how many more apologies will I received before this matter is sorted out.
