**** airline

I booked a ticket for ZAR68000, and the flight was cancelled by Turkish airways. Now I am only offered a ZAR52000 refund. Turkish airways say they are not responsible as I booked it online, and online doesn't reply. Its now been 11 days. Stay away from this **** airline.
