Room for Improvement

I have travelled with Turkish Airlines many times over the years and have had a great onboard experience while I am flying. If it were not for the staff at the King Shaka (Durban) airport, I would have probably stopped using this airline.

The staff at Istanbul airport are not helpful, to enter my smiles&miles account takes more than 30 minutes and I have to keep changing my passwords. In addition, we now have to pay to choose our seats whereas other international airlines offer it for free.
