Poor policies

<p>My Sister booked a flight on turkish airlines and used her initials instead of her full name . D A instead of Dawn Anne , a typing error that any one could make . Turnish airlines refuse to help and say the we have to cancel the ticket and rebook at a costs 85% of the original ticket .Needles to say KLM or Air france here we come and never will book with turkish airlines in the future .</p> <p>Ian</p>
