No help with lost luggage

My flight with Turkish airlines was delayed resulting in me having to race to my next flight without time to collect my luggage. I have phoned and emailed repeatedly and all I get told is that my message is being passed on to the concerned units. I haven't received any actual information about where my luggage could be. It shouldn't be so hard to track down and all they are doing is giving me vague or no response. I am so disappointed
