NO FEEDBACK FROM TURKISH AIRLINES - POOR SERVICE

Good day

I want to complaint about service I receive from Turkish Airlines.

I had a booking to fly to London on Saterday 30 April flight number TK0041 booking ref JWPSFX. Ticket TK*** The flight was cancelled by Turkish airline because of technical error and I had to book a new ticket with British airlines back to London. I spoke to Turkish airlines and they said I must speak to my booking agency for a refund. Flight Centre are trying and trying but does not get any feedback from Turkish Airlines South Africa.

I'm very disappointing with service i receives from Turkish Airlines.
