No changes allowed on booking

I booked tickets to Turkey, added extra legroom seats for 2 at an additional cost of over R6000 for 2 passengers, thereafter added domestic flights in Turkey. When checking my booking the next day I realized that my extra legroom seats do not reflect on my booking, started querying and was told that due to changes made on my booking I have lost the seats and no refund, monies are forfeited, this ****************, and no one is willing to assist in any way. Please be extremely careful when booking your ticket online
