Luggage Damage without replacement / communication

On Sun, 14 June 2014, on arrival at Cape Town Airport, my suitcase was badly dented and the opening mechanism complete bust beyond repair further to a flight on Turkish Air flight TK0040 ex-Istanbul.<br> <br> I reported to Menzies who deals with their damaged luggage who confirmed the case would be collected on Mon or Tues. My ref no was CPT TK 11077<br> <br> To date (19 June at 16h30) my case has not been collected, and I can not get hold of the contact no provided to me, nor are my voice mails returned requesting to kindly call me back. The phone no provided to me was ***<br> <br> I have to TA flights earmarked as they offer the best connections to my Europe destinations in late July and again in Oct for work, but if this is the service levels and accountability of the airline, I will certainly not consider them and fly with KLM whom is also a Miles &amp
