Lost Baggage

On the 7th of September 2023 I traveled to Berlin Via Turkey. On my arrival my check in baggage was no where to be found. I have made contact with Turkish airlines and had no response during my trip. When landing back in JHB on the 14ht of September I was told that my baggage was sent a day later (no apologies offered by the airline) and that they where not sure where it current is. Turkish airlines promised to follow up and give me feedback. Today on the 18th of September 2023 I have had no updates on the matter. Not only did Turkish airlines ruined my entire trip, but I now need to replace my lost luggage. There is no communications from Turkish airlines neither an apology for the inconvenience caused. It honestly does not feel like they care how this impacts their passengers. I was also not the only person that had this issue. while querying the issue there where other passengers with similar issues.
