Horrible WIfe in ICU refused refund

<p>Horrible!! We have planned my wifes trip to South Africa for our daughters 21st for a while and booked Turkish from London to Cape Town. Few days before her departure my wife was rushed to ICU with severe respitory failure (Month later she is still in ICU). We requested her ticket to be refunded before the departure and Turkish airlines refused even with letters from the hospital and picturers of my whife on the respirsator but still they refused or even reconsider changing the flight dates. What a compassionate company!.</p>
