Great customer service.

Our flight back to Johannesburg was delayed by 4 hours. It was a minor annoyance, but not the fault of the airline. Turkish Airlines put us up in a very nice hotel, and included the transport from, and later that night, back to the airport at Istanbul. Meals were all taken care of as well. The airline did all it could to make the delay pleasant. We spent several hours walking around the Grand Bazaar and all around central Istanbul.
