Exceptional service from Turkish Airlines!

Turkish Airlines Johannesburg EMD Desk has been absolutely amazing in helping me deal with a Travel agent that was not fulfilling their obligations. They helped, over the course of many emails, to ensure that the agent fulfilled their duties despite it not being an issue that was directly their problem. I will be sure to book directly with them in future as they were so nice to deal with.
