Do nit fly Turkish Airways

The day before we were meant to fly back after a 2 week holiday in Croatia without my suitcase and without any reply from Turkish Airlines on numerous calls and 27 emails to be exact unanswered, I received the following email:

Dear Ms, Elzanne, Hope you are well. Your suitcase has been found in Johannesburg airport. Please contact their Lost & Found office upon your arrival. Once again we apologize for inconvenience this baggage disruption may have caused. Thank you and warm regards,

Still no phonecall from Turkish Airways and no compensation for the invonvenience and new cloths I had to buy at the closest town 150km away from where we stayed (village without shops)

I am speechless to say the least. Happy to have my bag back with everything still in bag, but what a very unpleasant experience to say the least without any responsibility taken by Turkish Airlines
