Broken and lost baggage

We travelled from SA to Croatia to Turkey and back to SA in June 2019. We used Turkish Airlines for all our flights. Our suitcases were broken from staff throwing it around. Thetefore some small items fell out. We have logged a claim but they refuse to provide compensation for broken suitcases or items lost. Terrible service! Not to mention traveling with broken suitcases are very embarrassing and such a mission. I will not fly with Turkish airlines again.
