Avoid at any cost

It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such poor service. The airline's lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude is unacceptable, especially when it comes to seating arrangements for a family, including a 10-year old.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your airline. Despite purchasing four tickets, no seats were allocated for my family. I attempted to assign seats online to ensure we could sit together, but this was only possible with an additional charge.

When I contacted Turkish office in Johannesburg for assistance, I was told that seating us together would require payment, or else we would be assigned random seats. At check-in, I once again requested to have seats together, but was informed that no options were available. As a result, my family, including a 10-year-old child, was seated apart.

This lack of consideration and inflexibility is deeply concerning and not what I expected from Turkish airline.
