Avoid at all costs

Flight took off early and not full, but on arrival, hotel they promised was a disaster. No air-conditioning, safe was locked to avoid us using it. Staff keep saying, give 5 minutes.... No WiFi in hotel, staff must contact IT department??? Then I get pick pocketed... Turkish airlines, get us out of Istanbul ASAP.
