APPALING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would never fly Turkish Airlines - they lost my colleague's luggage and they are such an arrogant bunch of *********** scoundrels that they don't even bother (3 months later) to send an apology, to communicate whether they will be compensating etc.. - they simply ignore you and mess you around - THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE - BUNCH OF SCOUNDRELS !!!
