Turfmaster after sales doesnt excist

So here is my story about turfmaster head office, bought a 4 stroke weatcutter motor from them last week ish, since day one the motor smokes heavy eveytime when its hot and turns it around. Turfmaster is sticking to its guns and claims a 4 stroke should not be turned around, yes that is thru for most of the 4 strokes, but honda made the 4 stroke weatcutter that can be turned around, it even stand on turfmaster website and i quate : Full 360 “Any-Side-Up” Operation. Operate and store in any position you want without compromise. = This is from turfmaster own site. The masjien we bought from turfmaster is the honda copy but same story uses honda parts and even ships with a honda manual. I have point this out to turfmaster but they are sticking to there guns that a 4 stroke cant tilt even if there own web page state otherwise. They are whashing there hands of this problem, they phones me back once and never again, i phoned them about 5 times with countless emails on this but seems turfmaster going the ignore route.

I am just going to end this out with : The excact motor that is not working now we bought one in january and its been working for 10 months nie flawless on full tilting, we even transport the old one tilted and it works flawless.

To add to turfmaster going the ignore route with me or not taking my calls is not going to wirk with me i WILL persue this to the end of the earth, product is not even 2 weeks old and you guys are hidding behind a old saying of 4 strokes cant tilt but even your web site dont agree with you !! And the other 4 stroke motor we bought from you in jan also dont agree with your saying. Allready been in contact with ombudsman, your after sale care doesnt exsist and i would advise anybody that bought something from you guys to try a return and see what happen
