Overcharge, over promise and non delivery

I work in a services business and just wanted to caution anyone thinking of using Turfmaster in Port Elizabeth to service their lawnmower. I took my lawnmower in for a service and had some specific checks that i required them to do. Due to covid, they managed my expectations and said the service turnaround time would be roughly 3 weeks. 8 weeks after dropping my lawnmower off and after numerous calls to them i was eventually told i could collect my lawnmower. I collected and when i offloaded, the only work done on my mower in 8 weeks was an oil and spark plug change and this i am not even sure was done (R 800 later i might add). i have no faith in this branch and would advise against anyone using their services in the future, unless you believe in the adage of 'no value at great expense'.

I know never is a long time, but that's when they will next see me.
