Outstanding partial delivery / credit

In January I put in an order (41453) for a Stihl Brush Cutter Gearbox and added some other small parts. I did receive the parts but not the essential Gearbox. I have contacted online sales several times to solve the problem but up to date I have not received the gearbox nor received a credit.
