Lawnmower/Gardening Equipment Repairs

Turfmaster in Bellville, repaired my electric lawnmower (home use), in no time, after they informed me upfront, that they only really worked on Industrial Equipment. They also didn't charge me an arm-&-a-leg, for repairs I could've done myself, but didn't have the tools for.

My only criticism is that they went ahead with repairs, after they promised me a quotation, so I was more or less forced, to pay the bill. As it wasn't such a large amount, it wasn't really big deal, more the principle of the matter.

The machine was also delivered back to me, as dirty as I supp**** it to them, but again, I'm not throwing stones, because they helped me out.

Personnel was friendly AND phoned me back as promised!!

All round very positive experience.
