Extremely poor/NO service.

I am extremely disappointed by this company. I called 5 times in 1 day to get to speak to one of the salespeople. Again I called today...same story. The call gets put through and nobody answers. Eventually, the voice comes on to press 1 to get back to the switchboard but then gets cut off. Please can someone call me so I can get assistance? This seems like the last resort!
